Amsterdam Hospitality Group, a NYC boutique hotel chain announced today that all of its hotels will be offering wireless connectivity to the internet. “Today’s guest is toting a lot of technology with them, wireless laptops to wireless PDA’s” according to the hotel chain’s Chief Operating Officer, George G Dfouni, adding “ Offering a high speed internet connection is not enough, wireless is the way to go, our goal is to ensure that our guests are able to conduct their business on line without being tied down to the desk in their room, now they can do it from our lobbies, as well as our bars.”
The installation of the wireless service has been completed at the Bentley hotel, and will be completed at its sister properties by November 15th 2004. www.nychotels.com
